Growth Mindset for Parents
A simple framework for continuous learning

Want to:
Inspire curiosity and growth mindset with kids?
Encourage them to learn and grow in their childhood?
Building healthy habits that carry through adulthood?
Use this 4-step process to simplify how you practice growth mindset.
I'm starting to write and create because I want to share insights that help others. I, like 41% of parents, find parenting tiring and stressful. I'm also amongst the 75% of mothers that work full-time. Professionally, I am deeply grounded in my analytical expertise, and am known for my ability to synthesize insights and narratives for data-driven business decisions.
When my kids were just infants and toddlers, parents with older children shared optimism about life getting easier as they get older. In many aspects, I agree: I'm happy to be free of diaper changes, night feedings, and poop accidents. Yet, a new reality hit when my older son started public kindergarten: school no longer offered attentive, full-time child care. It's a huge adjustment for the kids to go from an attentive 1:8 teacher-to-kid ratio in Pre-K, to now a 1:24 ratio in public-K classroom. As kids practice so many new skills - both academically and social-emotionally, I grew and adapted with them too.
Growth mindset is what I encourage for my kids. And I want to practice it too, to become a better version of myself, in all the roles that I play.
