Most recently, I was a Principal Technical Product Manager at Amazon, shifting into an IC role for the third time in my 15 year career. I believe that strong leaders are built upon solid skills as a foundation - and there's no better way than to be on the ground for it.

I've been a people leader and manager for over 10 years. The most rewarding aspect of leading people is seeing a team accomplish above and beyond the sum of its parts. Deep down, I like to solve problems and learn new things from others to deliver the right solution.

While I'm mainly left-brained, the thick of parenthood and work have taught me that I have much to learn about people, their motivations, and my own self-awareness of impact on others.

1. Applying leadership and management principles into parenting, and vice versa of incorporating modern parenting philosophies to mentor and coach others.

2. Frameworks and techniques for learning, leading, and parenting (and ways to visualize these simply).

3. New technologies and how they create positive impact.
